We own every piece we place

Most staging companies sub-hire their furniture. We don't. Every sofa, rug, artwork and vase that goes into your listing comes out of our own warehouse.

That changes what we can promise you. We can commit to an install date without waiting on a supplier's availability. We can keep a consistent look across every campaign you send us. And when something needs to change on site, our stylists make the call there and then.

With a keen eye for design and market trends, we tailor each install to the property, its price point and the buyers you're targeting — from carefully integrating a vendor's existing furniture to styling a vacant home from the floor up.

Scope, room-by-room inclusions, hire period and a fixed quote. If we can't hit your date we tell you straight away rather than holding the slot.

Install day

Our team delivers and styles the property. Most homes are photo-ready the same day, so your photographer can shoot the following morning.

Collection

At the end of the campaign we collect everything and leave the property as we found it. No follow-up required from you or the vendor.
